We believe that all children are special in their own unique way, and we are here to ensure they are given the opportunity to express their enthusiasm and energy for learning. Bright Stars Child Development Center works to enhance these characteristics of children by providing care and education in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing child center environment. Our goal is to help all our students become successful, and confident young children of our diverse society.

Bright Stars Child Development Center has many goals including but not limited to:

- Building trusting relationships with parents/guardians.
- Building working relationships with the community.
- Respecting and responding to cultural diversity.
- Providing opportunities for child-initiated activities.
- Providing opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and creativity for active learning.
- Providing developmentally appropriate classrooms for the age and individual abilities of each.
- Enhancing physical well-being.
- Encouraging and demonstrating safety practices
- Encouraging and demonstrating healthy nutritional practices.
- Promoting positive self-esteem through encouragement and recognition
